Terms and Conditions
Alloy Towers puts customer service and quality of products at the top of our agenda. We will endeavour to deliver your order within the time stipulated. The website has been designed to provide a quick and easy way for you to select the right product, purchase at a competitive price and receive the goods in the time that we have advised you of within your purchase order. If there is any aspect of our service that you are unhappy with then we will do our best to remedy the situation.
Guarantee
Our products come with a 10 year warranty. We believe there is no reason why our towers and podiums should not last a lifetime when used properly. Should there be a failure of one of our products, then we will happily replace or repair the item free of charge on inspection and confirmation that a fault is present. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse such as dents from impacts and such else that could be deemed as occurring through negligent use.
Prices
All prices shown exclude VAT but include delivery (when the order amount is below £200 or when next day delivery is specified) to the UK mainland. We are able to supply to areas outside the UK mainland area, however these will require an individual delivery price which customers can contact us for.
Prices are as accurate as possible, but in the unlikely event that we do discover an error, we will contact you with the correct prices using the contact details supplied to us. You will then have the option to purchase at the correct price or to cancel you order. Should we be unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Ordering/Purchasing
Once you have selected the items that you wish to purchase you will be required to register a few details with us, which is part of the purchasing procedure. Once you have registered you can proceed to the checkout where you will input your payment details.
Alloy Towers reserve the right to accept or refuse any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time, or to adjust the price of any item on our website at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect you statutory rights.
Payment
All payments on the website are processed via Pay Pal so are therefore secure. Orders can be placed by cheque or postal order when you contact us by phone, however cleared funds will be required before goods can be dispatched and therefore an extended delivery time must be anticipated.
Delivery
Our UK Mainland delivery service includes England, Wales and Scotland. For delivery to Northern Ireland / Ireland and other offshore locations the purchase will require and additional charge dependent on the product and location.
Deliveries will be made either by our own transport or by an approved national carrier.
Goods will be dispatched as a complete product order. For your safety we do not wish to provide you with products with parts or components missing.
We will liaise with you to arrange a suitable delivery date and where possible a suitable delivery time.
Deliveries will be made to your chosen location provided with your order, if the delivery details change then please advise us prior to dispatch and we will amend your order accordingly.
A name and signature will be required by the delivery driver, at the time of delivery, by your approved employee or agent authorised by you to accept the goods.
If any components or products should get damaged in transit we will arrange for immediate dispatch of a replacement component or product.
If the product or component is not available from stock we will endeavour to have a replacement manufactured immediately and dispatched as soon as possible.
We are unable to accept any consequential loss with regards to the delivery of our products but we will do our utmost to deliver quality products on time every time to your complete satisfaction.
Returns Policy
If you decide the product is not what you required then we are happy to refund purchases within 7 days of the date of receipt that are in as new condition, and will refund the money you paid to us. You will just have to pay for the carriage to return the item to us. If you require an unwanted good refund please call us on 0113 249 6222. Any damage to the goods will result in a deduction up to the full value of the goods should they not be returned in good condition.
Descriptions
We try to, where possible provide accurate descriptions of heights, weights, sizes and images of all of our products, however we are continually developing our products, so cannot guarantee complete accuracy.
